How to submit
- Open report page at `/report.php`.
- Provide short code, reason, and optional details.
- Submission is rate-limited to reduce spam reports.
Report states
- Open: report received and waiting review.
- In progress: moderator is evaluating destination and context.
- Closed: action completed (kept, disabled, or removed).
What improves review speed
- Include exact short code, not only destination URL.
- Add context (phishing, malware, impersonation, copyright, etc.).
- If urgent, submit once with complete evidence instead of duplicates.
